PROCEDURES BEFORE INTERNSHIP

Internship applications are made through the Student Information System [obisis - https://obisis.erciyes.edu.tr] of our university. In order for the application to be evaluated, the following documents must be submitted at least 10 days before the start date of the internship.

(a) Internship declaration printed and signed via Obisis

(b) Current transcript

(c) If the dates of the internship coincide with the course period, the current obisis screenshot to show the courses taken in the relevant period and the attendance obligation status.

(d) Original/certified copy of the "Occupational Health and Safety" certificate (or transcript showing that the student has taken courses related to occupational health and safety). If there is no certificate as original, the student must write the following sentence in handwriting under the photocopy of the document and sign it. "This document I have submitted is a true copy of the original. I undertake that the statements are true." NAME/LAST NAME, SIGNATURE.

(e) Completed and signed Internship application control form

(f) Completed and signed Pandemic period face-to-face internship commitment petition

After the application is approved by the commission, the internship registration slip and SSI certificate will be available for the student to obtain from the obisisten. The registration slip received from the obisisis is delivered to the workplace official at the beginning of the internship.
